1. Introduction

At soccerstrategieshub.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive customer experience. This policy explains our refund and return procedures for both our digital and material products. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of our digital products (e.g., e-books, training programs, video tutorials), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is impossible to "return" the item in the same way a physical product can be. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse of our content.

Exceptions: We may issue a refund in the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once.

  • Technical Issue: If a technical error on our part prevents you from downloading or accessing the product and we are unable to resolve the issue within 30 business days. You must provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant screenshots or information to our support team.

 

3. Refund and Return Policy for Material Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical purchases (e.g., printed training cards, equipment, apparel). If you are not, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You must initiate a return within30 days of the delivery date.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Reason for Return:

    • Our Error: If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or a replacement.

    • Buyer's Remorse: If you are returning the item for reasons such as an incorrect size, color, or a simple change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the product's purchase price, but not the original shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Material Product Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at ISAEnterprisesllc@gmail.com within the specified return window.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. For defective or damaged items, please include photos.

  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a return or refund, including:

  • Digital products (as stated above).

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned after the eligibility window.

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (defective product, wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Buyer's Remorse: For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
